David BenHaim is a founding partner at Lipsius BenHaim Law, LLP, founding the firm after more than ten years of servicing the litigation needs of insurance clients. Mr. BenHaim's insurance litigation practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, including commercial general liability, life insurance, and disability insurance litigation.

 

Mr. BenHaim has represented clients' litigation needs in trial and appellate court in both state and federal courts in California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. Mr. BenHaim has participated in many insurance law published opinions including many leading decisions in life settlement litigation.

Prior to forming Lipsius BenHaim Law, Mr. BenHaim was a partner at Schindel, Farman, Lipsius, Gardner and Rabinovich, LLP. 

 

Mr. BenHaim graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he served as a member on the Law Review. Mr. BenHaim is a graduate of Yeshiva College at Yeshiva University.
